Yes! We will have onboardings available to help you feel confident using Fiesta. We’ll also have plenty of resources available on our support site, and our support team is always ready to help!
Yes. You will need to download the new Fiesta app from the App Store. Fiesta will be able to run on the web, on your iPad, and on your iPhone. We will provide directions for this once Fiesta is available in the App Store!
Because Fiesta is an iOS application, Fiesta will be able to run on most iPad-based booths, and on iPhones with the introduction of Tortilla 360 Booth. Fiesta will only be able to control PBSCO booths’ LEDs.
There is no limit to the number of events you can create in Fiesta.
We plan on providing plenty of updates with new features after we launch the Fiesta app. We want to make sure Fiesta provides compelling features and updates that will support you and your business for years to come.
