What is Salsa 2?
Your Salsa 2 Photo Booth purchase includes Salsa 2, a custom soft roller carrying case, power supply, USB-C cable, 25’ cord, tool kit, and a roamer handle.
The S2 will include the roamer handle and the threaded bosses for a VESA mount, but it does not include a VESA mount.
Salsa 2 does not come with an iPad. We allow you to supply your own iPad to choose which size screen, storage, and version best fits your needs. This also allows you to use an iPad that you already have! However, it's important to note that the Salsa 2 includes a faceplate for the 12.9/13" iPad Pro 3rd Gen and later. If you choose to use any other iPad, you'll need to purchase an additional faceplate for $49.
Salsa 2 will support any of the 2018+ 12.9/13” iPad Pros, as well as the 12.9/13” iPad Airs. There's a smaller faceplate available for purchase if you would like to use an 11" iPad Pro or Air.
No. The faceplates for Salsa 2 are not interchangeable with Salsa 1 or Guac’s faceplates.
No. Salsa 2 currently needs an AirPrint compatible printer. This creates a simplified and flexible experience so you can get up and running with reduced immediate expenses.

Salsa 2 includes a 12-month limited parts and labor warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover accidental or cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear. If a repair is needed during your coverage period, you will ship the product to Photobooth Supply Co. for repairs, or will be provided with a DIY at home repair kit as available. An extended warranty for Salsa 2 will be available for purchase in 2025.

Salsa 2 was designed to seamlessly integrate with Fiesta Software.
No. Salsa 2 was not designed to run using Salsa App. The Salsa App cannot control the LEDs on Salsa 2.
The full range of LED features are only accessible through the Fiesta software. Salsa 2 does provide a Lamp Mode, which sets the LEDs to a solid, bright white light.
Salsa 2 has AirPrint functionality built into Fiesta Software and can be paired with any printer that has AirPrint capabilities.

The Salsa 2 Roamer attaches to the stand through a built-in, pre-adjusted hinge assembly.
No, Salsa can run from either main (AC) power, or, a mobile power bank. Salsa 2 has no integrated battery.
While it is possible to use Salsa 2 on a 60w power supply, you will need to limit or disable the flash mode so as not to exceed its capability. If an insufficient power supply is used, the system will power off so the power supply can enter a protection mode and reset.
Salsa 2 can run on battery for varying times depending on the particular battery used. On an Anker 737 (24,000mAh) you can expect approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours of normal use on the system. The Iniu 140W (27,000mAh) can provide 2-3 hours of runtime.
Yes. Most USB-C cables will support 15 or 30 watts. Salsa 2 requires up to 100w of power, and you will need to purchase a USB-C cable that fits that specification.
VESA stands for “Video Electronics Standards Association”. VESA has set a standard for mounting interface sizes and layout so that manufacturers of televisions, furniture, and accessories can all build a mounting system that will work interchangeably so long as they conform to some part of the standard.
