Information for Freight Forwarding

If you are shipping a booth internationally via a freight forwarder you will need to provide your own documentation for customs clearance. Photobooth Supply Co will not provide any documentation for this purpose.

Your freight forwarding company may provide you with this service, but if they have not, you can generate your own commercial invoice through some ready-made templates available online, such as this one.

Please note that Photobooth Supply Co cannot offer assistance in the completion or facilitation of international shipments that are not shipped directly from our warehouse. We recommend that you work with your freight forwarder to help you fill out a commercial invoice and give you the ‘Terms of Sale’.
