Holidays bring a sharp increase in package thefts. Photobooth Supply Co. STRONGLY encourages you to have your booth orders held at a local FedEx location for pickup rather than being left on your porch.
Photobooth Supply Co. is unable to replace, and not responsible for, stolen booths and accessories.
2) Check with the location to ensure that they'll accept your package. Some locations do not do this by default, and some have restrictions on what service levels they will hold for pickup. See this page for additional information regarding the services available at these location types.
3) List the exact address of that location on your order. Put the location type in the company field, such as "FedEx Office". This is required.
4) Watch your tracking info once you have it. Most FedEx locations will generally only hold a package for five business days before returning it to the sender. It is also not likely that they will contact you directly when your package arrives; it is your responsibility to know when it is ready for pickup. FedEx Delivery Manager is a fantastic tool for this; see this article for more information.

Props, downloadables, backdrops, Atlas Stands, and photo booths are final sale. Returns are not accepted.
SHIPPING
Salsa booths are now shipping within 1 business day after the order date.
Orders within the USA will shipped via common carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Any item with free shipping arrives within 7-10 business days after the order is placed (except photo booth orders).
The estimated delivery dates shown online are purely estimates and Photobooth Supply Co. cannot guarantee delivery dates. Any issues with your package will need to be taken up with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS or Fedex).
Atlas backdrops are made to order and arrive within 7-12 business days after the order is placed. No expedited shipping is available.
Free shipping is for the contiguous United States only, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.
Orders that include pre-order items will ship when the entire order is ready, unless you notify us at time of order. You can contact us by phone or email and request an alternate arrangement.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OUTSIDE USA
For all orders outside the United States, the shipping courier for orders outside of the country will vary. Please note that shipping, duties, customs and brokerage fees are not included in the price. If this is the case, then Photobooth Supply Co. will send you an invoice for the additional shipping amount. Shipment will not occur unless these aforementioned fees are paid. All other fees associated with international shipping such as brokerage, duties, customs fees, etc. will need to be paid by the purchaser of goods. Once the packages arrive at the border, our shipping agent (UPS or Fedex) will contact you in regards to the process duties collection.
